Our patients are thrilled with their experiences at Lifestyle Health Solutions, and we’re excited to reward them for spreading the word. When you refer friends or family to our office, both you and the new patients benefit.

We aim for a WIN-WIN situation! That's why we offer $100 in cash or credit for each new referral, which can be used toward your purchases. Plus, there's no cap on how much you can earn—refer 10 people in a month and enjoy $1,000 (10 x $100) in cash or savings on medications and services.

Once your friend or family member joins us as a customer, you’ll earn cash or credit to use on medication.

Program Rules & Details

  • You earn your reward once the person you refer becomes a customer of our Lifestyle Health Solutions.  They need to complete a consultation with the doctor and select or purchase a qualifying product or package.

    At Lifestyle Health Solutions, we asked ourselves: "If we already offer the best value-based pricing in Hendersonville, how can we make it even better for our patients?"  

    The clear answer was to reward you for your referral and your family member or friend for becoming a customer.

    This program is designed so that you earn a reward each time you refer a new patient to our clinic. There are NO LIMITS to the number of referrals.

    Our goal is simple: common sense and gratitude.

  • There is absolutely no sales pressure. Patients have the choice to purchase GLP-1 treatment to qualify for the referral program. Please note that B12 and B12/MIC are not eligible for this program.

  • We understand that each patient has unique needs and budget considerations. Therefore, you can purchase our products on a flexible, month-to-month basis without contracts. Alternatively, you can choose to buy multi-month packages (e.g., three months or more).

    • If the referred patient buys a one-month supply of medication:

    • You and the referred patient each receive a $50 reward.

    • If the referred patient purchases a multi-month package:

    • You receive a $100 reward.

    Remember, only referrals of new patients will make you eligible for these rewards.

  • All rewards are issued as a credit, which you can apply toward your next medication purchase as the person who made the referral. For the new patient who has been referred, the credit can be used toward their medication purchase.

  • There are two ways to make a referral:

    1. Direct the person to our contact page and have them fill out their information. Ensure they include your details in the "How did you hear about us?" section of the contact form.

    2. When the referred individual attends their first appointment, they simply need to inform our staff that you referred them.
