Known for her personalized approach and uplifting energy, Rachel specializes in crafting fitness and wellness programs that prioritize long-term health, functional strength, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
Rachel’s passion for holistic health extends beyond the gym. She earned a Culinary Certification from the University of Tennessee, allowing her to seamlessly combine her love of cooking with her commitment to overall wellness. She believes that healthy eating should be both accessible and enjoyable — creating meals that nourish the body while bringing genuine joy to the table.
Throughout her career, Rachel has worked with a wide variety of clients, from those just beginning their fitness journeys to seasoned athletes looking to refine their performance. When I’m not working with clients or in the kitchen, you’ll often find me outdoors, running, or cherishing time with my husband and our two young children — a spirited 6-year-old daughter and an adventurous 4-year-old son. They inspire me daily to live with balance, purpose, and heart.
